ZangoCash are a controversial CPA network. As a publisher you get paid every time a visitor to your site installs the Zango toolbar.
The incentive for the visitor to install the toolbar is that it allows them to access lots of free content, such as videos, games and screensavers.
The Zango toolbar is adware, although some refer to it as spyware due to the popup adverts it displays, and the fact that it automatically runs when the computer starts.
This makes ZangoCash quite a controversial advertiser. However, if you're not worried with the ethical implications of adware then this program can be very profitable.
